harliquine = missing fish +vid

i thought i mit have had a ick problem i had a fish turn up missing i think my fish are fine my question now is could a harliquin shrimp take down a fish if the fish got to close and and my shrimp was about to have babies. noticed fish was gone. same night she gave berth could this be possible

No way. First off their claws are merely ornamental and I don't think there venom is meant for fish. I've observed mine lunge at fish before to spook them off but I've also watched as my old tomato clown (gone now) took a chunk out of the harlequins claw when it was doing this. The harlequin ran off scared and I didn't see him for weeks.

I would say there is another culprit... but I could be wrong. JMHO

thanks for the reply Sculp1n i just cant think off anything else .just seems like a pretty good coincidence ive had that fish for a while know pufffff gone
