Help ID please?

So after finding a handful of aiptasia, some hydroids and a number of flat worms (not the really bad ones I think), I find I'm looking really close at the two rocks I got locally. And then I saw this:

Any suggestions as to what it is or if I should pull it out before I have more unwelcome guests? Thanks!
