Help my tangs!!!

Hey guys i have 4 tangs, (yellow, purple, scopas, and sailfin) But right now my sailfin and my yellow tangs has poofy lips and it looks like an infection or something. It looks like ICH all over their lips. Please if anyone have any idea what it is please help me out. THanks

Hi bustayanky,

It looks like your fish might have Lymphocystis.

Lymph is a virus meaning it does not have a specific cure.

Check your water parameters, and do a WC, even if it says they are OK. Good water quality and a good diet should help clear it up.

Most of the time Lymp goes away by itself. If they do have Lymph it can be bad as your guys apear to have it on their mouth which can hinder eating.

If they are all still eating add some vitamines to the food too to help them along.

Do a google search for Lymph and look at the images.
