i have my naso tang in qt i gave him a f.w dip and i ordered prazipro do you think the prazipro would help????
also should i does the whole d.t with the prazipro?

I have to agree, your tank is way too small. You should reconsider and find something that doesnt get so big. There is a sticky in the New To The Hobby forum about recommened tank sizes for tangs... good info to read before buying a tang.

Sorry about the lecture, its just that we see so many people on here sticking these large tangs into small tanks. I agree that its better to give him a home but you'll probably have to find him another home in the next 6-12 months because he will outgrow that 75 pretty quickly.

Adding a YT to a 75g is a tough call for me. The sticky advises a 100g, 5' tank as a minimum. I try to stick to the mods guideline (which I agree with) for tangs but if you bought a 2"-3" one, it would probably be ok for a couple/few yrs. I'm probably going to get harassed for posting that on here but I dont see a problem when the tank is fairly close.

As far as treatment for the naso, someone else will have to help because I havent had to deal with any sick SW fish yet.

I can't tell if he has ich or not. If he has ich, then I don't think prazipro will help much but you should use cupramine.

you can use both of these in a QT tank. do not use cupramine in the DT.

a yellow tang will get pretty aggressive in a 75 gallon tank. why not choose a smaller tang such as a tomini?
