help with oc clown fish!!!!!!

MY female decided earlier tonight it was in her best intrest to live like us humans outside the tank! So needless to say she jumped out! I found her wiggling on the floor less than (I'm guessing) a min or so later picked her up and placed hr back in the tank. swimming lethargically and weird till all the cat hair is removed then seemed to be normal........ now it's lights out and she is just being pushed around by the current.... what is the best way to put her out of her misery.

Well now the clean up crew is doing its best to consume her....... never had a pet for a year and a half and then watched as another pet ate it.... strangely I am feeling like it was possibly meant
