aka does the breeder come across misbar parents, and they have misbar offspring or is it some type of hybrid?

My goal was always to minimize misbars as I see it rather as a defect than something I want to achieve.

With ocellaris I always suspected it to be a nutrient deficiency during early development. But genetics may definitely play a role too.
Percula seem to be even more prone to misbars, though I always managed to keep it to a minimum.

So it basically happens without trying? I guess the bigger breeders just collect and sell them separately?

Missing stripes has made him mean

Nips my ocellaris a little. Surprised this soon thought it would happen when they were bigger and determining who the boss was.

My Ocy is a goofball. He is swimming into the power head current and seeing how fast he can swim across the aquarium. Then swims back to do it again lol

TheRoewer do you still breed clowns?

I got the Joyce Wilkerson book 15 years ago was always intrigued.

I stopped 2003, but plan to pick it up again. On a much smaller scale though.
I've just got back into saltwater a year ago and it takes a while to get percula to grow up and start spawning. These dumb shits don't eat enough.

I love the pair in your avatar. Do you still have them? If you do please breed them. I would love several offspring from them
