How long to order from website?

I ordered some replacement rubber gaskets from the website a few weeks ago and the parts have not yet arrived. Has anyone ordered online and how long did it take before parts arrived?

I have no orders from a Ken Argo or Kenneth Argo, did you get a confirmation with an order number emailed to you when you placed the order?

I did not received an email confirm (and didn't record the number). Well, I wasn't changed so maybe I'll just order again and write it off as a lost order.

If the order successfully goes through you will get a confirmation email with an order number. On the last screen that pops up you have to click a final submit order button to actually send the order.

I think I see what happened; it appears the site is designed such that it must pop-up a confirmation window after payment is entered. My pop-up blocker blocked that and as such the order wasn't "really" completed; it appears to have worked now that I turned off pop-up blocker for the site.

More so, where is it being shipped froM?

It is retail, they are shipped from Austin, TX.
