Mexico Beach FL...in the panhandle.

I agree that getting new pieces is a really fun part of this hobby and that we go through stages. I didn't loose any corals in my move but lost a few fish so I am rediscovering buying a few new types of fish....something I haven't done for about 4 years.

It is so nice not having frags falling into the sand and i am able to bring them up slowly into the brightest light and most intense flow. then once in place they are left alone, which is what sps really want from us.

In my 52? That's 10 montiporas, counting frags; 1 stylophora; 2 pocis; 7 acroporas; millepora, turbinaria, candy cane, maze brain; frog; hammer, fox, plate...28. I'm better than I thought. I was afraid it was more. But I traded in a montipora colony last week. Did I mention the crocea clam that's grown a third larger and is crowding the poci? And I'm awash in mushrooms: not counting those.

I tried to list em and I can't even think of that many.

I probably have 60 in my tank but I have an open tank for my fish to swim and I do not like rock wall tanks very much for me. I have no room for anymore and I like nice size colonies.

I agree with Cward actually. I have to admit I have more than I know what to do with. They all of the sudden are really growing and looking better than ever (knock on wood). I'm thinking in the next few months I might have to "thin the herd" a little bit. I'd prefer to have larger nice colonies and let them grow but for now its frag city!
