How to Distinguish between Gigantea and Atlantic Carpet

how do you tell the two apart?

is the presence purple verrucae enough to say definitively gigantea?

Atlantic anemones have verrucae also.

They look really different. The Atlantic anemone hardly have any folds. They look like a pillow while the S. gigantea have lots of folds. In calm water, the tentacles of the Gigantea move a lot. The anemone you asked about in the other thread is a S. gigantea for sure 100%
