The green stuff looks like macro algae.

If it does retract they may be majano anemones.

I doubt they are those, they dont look much like that. Its like there is a stem, out the stem there is the thing that I am trying to identify. Then it turns into a circle, and from the circle comes little things, very thin looking things, that go in every direction.

This is very hard to descibe, and I probably sound like an idiot trying to describe these things.

Also, there is macroalgae on the rock, but I know that, and that is not what I am trying to identify.

Not easy to see in the pictures. Based on the description (the "circle" part) and what I can make out in the pictures could they be button polyps?
