I have one anomone like creature which come to the aquarium hiden in the rock and apeared suddenly . It is a new 75g tank which is in cycling process now.

The anemone seems to hide when lifhts on and ahrinks and expands and show its liminous green bubbles in dark.
After turning on the lights which are not intense now for cycleing it tends to shrink and hide from the light.

What is the identity of this invertabrate?
Any info and thoughts what to do ?

It looks like a very unhealthy green bubble tip to me. I could be wrong though.

It's definitely bleached because it's color is almost lost. It's also starving because it's tentacles are extremely short. It's hard to nurse it back to health on this stage but I would encourage spray-feeding it some food (very small pieces) and make sure the lighting is good enough.

If you just started cycling then the situation is gonna be very harsh on him. It might not last too long.

I will try to target feed it tomorrow. Any other suggestions pls. The tank is about 10 day old now with do/di water mixed with salt to 1023. 3 hours low loghting. Some brown algea start to apear..help needed to keep that alive...

Anemones should be housed in a mature tank with high lighting. You may be fighting an uphill battle here. If you can take it back to the fish store you probably should or it most likely die within a few weeks.
