I've got a Flipper but now wish that I had bought the Tunze model instead. From the video's I've seen of them they're a lot better than the Flipper IMO.

I like the scraper on the flipper a lot, never even use the cloth part as the scraper part cleans just as well, and can't get any sand pieces stuck in it. I've gotten a random scratch from a magfloat before without even getting close to the sand. Still don't know how it happened, but it's turned me off from the velcrow scrubby part.

Flipper here as well. Works good and has a slim profile so you can get it between things that are fairly close to the glass.

Got a flipper a couple months ago, wish I got it sooner. The thing is awesome.

I like my Flipper

Flipper all the way

What all of them said, for all the same reasons

I have both and use both though I only use my flipper for 2 areas where I have the rocks closer to the glass. Everywhere else and around the sand bed I prefer the Tunze. Less chance to pick something up in the tunze vs the flipper BUT it is a larger profile so if you have tight quarters the flipper is the way to go.

After my magfloat scratched the daylights out of my glass, I'll never own another pad scrubber.

Tunze care magnet all the way. No more risk of scratches.

My only complaint with it is that the handle is skinny and hard to operate if you have gorilla hands like me.

I added some strips of duct tape to mine to make the outer handle bulkier. I only have it on the tank when I am using it so I dont care that the outer handle looks fugly. LOL
