Is my clownfish about to spawn?

Today, I saw a sudden change of of my female perc clown. First, her stomach is bigger and fatter. Second, she has been hanging out under the BTA disc. Will the female clown lay eggs though the male clown isn't mature?

It sounds as if she may be preparing to lay eggs. How old is the male? Do you have any pics of them?

Just because the male isn't big doesn't mean he is not mature. I have heard of CB clowns breeding at 6 months of age. If yours are wild caught, there is no telling how old it is.
