Is My Maxi-Mini Carpet Dying?

I woke up to my Maxi looking a little whiter than usual. As the day has progressed I noticed that the 'mouth' is puffed up, white and ejecting some sort of brown material. The white puffy mouth is growing as I watch it. Pics below.

My other Maxi's looking completely fine.

Is it dying on me? Everything else in the tank appears healthy.

Update:

In the past 10-15 mins it has shriveled up to practically nothing. It is about the size of a 50 cent piece now. The mouth area is still white and puffy.

Sounds like it's just pooping to me, but I don't see anything in the pic.

is it still attached really good?can u try and pull it out?the mouth is gaping so bad...i wonder if it already has a hole in the foot...if it does yes it is dying,,,,next thing its gonna do is slime off and be gooey which stinks pretty bad....it doesnt look like its splitting also....

it looks like it may just be pooping. is the stuff coming out of the mouth stringy? if so then it is dying and you cant do anything. all you can really do right now is wait and see how it all plays out.

Update:

The Maxi is still not looking 100% but is still alive. It is still shriveled up in the same spot it was before. It hasn't opened up fully in some time so I haven't been able to see its mouth.

In the picture below the 'sick' Maxi is just below the purple Maxi and right above the yellow tipped torch.
