It always happens when I'm on vacation

Last year, my clown decided to go into its natural host while I was out of town. After 8 months. Now a little over a year later I noticed the male guarding an area right under the Mag.

First batch of eggs! Female oscellaris X male Darwin oscellaris b/w.

Question is, do my daughter and I setup to raise a batch over the summer.

that doesn't sound like bad news! lol...

every time I come back from vacation, I expect dead corals

It maybe a fun thing to do for you and your daughter. Really pay attention to detail or you will not have such a good time.

It's one of the cruel ironies of reefing that s**t happens when you're away. At least in this case it wasn't bad s**t.

So far mostly good things happen when I'm gone. I've got everything well maintained and running smoothly.

I may tackle raising the clowns if I get my kids on board, probably during the summer. Definitely not doing it alone.
