Hey dave any word from them yet?
Very busy on this end with all the heat. Helps me not think about the problem in hand(broken brace). I talked with the owners wife and the only thing they (GLASS CAGES) is wiling to do is send me 2 pieces of glass and a tube of silicone. The trucking company (ROADRUNNER FREIGHT) has a signed ticket so basically I am screwed. Lesson learned.:reading:
I by chance ran into a auto glass guy at Aquatic Treasures yesterday and he said he would try to come by sometime this week and look at it and might be able to help me out.Just when you loose faith in man, along comes a guy willing to go out of his way to give you a hand. Kinda like the people in SLASH.

Enough said:deadhorse:
I built a custom 110 gallon cichlid tank 2 years ago it went together quite easily but after 8 months it sprung a leak on the bottom seam from not enough support underneath. We had to empty it an disassemble the bottom. Breaking the seal was the hardest part. The most important part of replacing your brace is getting all of the old silicone off of the surface you will be bonding your new brace to. Razor blades, acetone and if necessary even some course steel wool to get it clean. New silicone won't bond to cured silicone. Other than that it's not very hard to do.
build looks nice
Do you have pics of your sump yet?
I am thinking about having acrylic sump built also. Just not sure where.
They should have shipped it 2 day delivery
