Jeff's New tank Build 210g with 90g fuge 40g sump

Jeff and Mike, if you guys need any help, please let me know.

Its probably will be a good idea to get the sump plumbed and the refugium in place so that you can atleast start curing your live rocks before putting the new tank in service.

we are going to connect the sump and fuge to the 50g at first. we are setting up to be able to make the fuge independant if needed. Then we can cure live rock in it. after the live rock cures we then can open up the valves and tie the fuge back into the main system. Jeff will have two other holding tanks that we can cure live rock in also. I am going to try and get some pics up tonight.

Here are the fuge and sump on the rack. Still have to paint all the wood and clean the acrylic tanks.

The rack looks good, but you might want the fuge a little higher, it will be alot easier to work in the sump later.

And since your sump will not be full of water at any given time, plus you will have baffles in it for structure support, you can trim the top bracing a little and remove the cross bracing to give yourself more room in the sump.

James, yes i'll be around friday and i dont know what live rock yet

Tom, thanks for all the great ideas, i know that you are a valuable asset and have many years of experience to help us newer guys out.
