I guess if Positive Poletti sells the house, I would throw a bar b que for my friends. More specifically, after escrow closes I would invite them over for some 1" thick rib eyes

1" is for panzy's!:D

Well i hope you sell it JT. But also hope you stay local and not move to Santa Rosa

That's the million dollar question at the moment.

Jeremy - nog looks yummy :) Sump looks well made.

Dude, T, you should see it now. I'll have to get another pic. Seems like I should enlarge the air exit holes in the lid!:eek2:

The sump is sweet. Relatively simple and easy to build, but Keith did do a good job with it.

Any leaks :p

Soon we'll see. I've got to prep 2 1" and 1 1.5" lines to go through the wall. Oh, and put the manifold together to run the phosban reactors off of the Sequence pump. Then, it's time to push it back and fill it up.

Nice setup for sure. It is going to suck moving though. I have always hated moving my tanks. Hopefully if you have to move it will be sooner rather than later so you don't have to drain/cycle/move/refill/minicycle.

And you guys sure can gab.lol

Yeah, Rickey, that's what happens when Tbone enters your thread. Now, there are a few of us Tbone's-in-training. Heck, why not have fun with it.

And, teaser update:

More after I go stuff my face.:D

Here you can see how I had to rig a mount for the OM 4 way. The pump was in the garage, and because I wanted to minimize the # of lines I was running, I needed to either mount the OM to the wall or the tank. Here it is mounted to the tank. I found a plastic pipe hanger, turned it upside down, and enlarged a few of the holes in the side. A few zip ties later, and I had a hook to hold the weight of the OM. I added a couple of zip mounts with double sided tape to help hold it securely.

A final shot of the pipes before the tank was pushed back against the wall.

And the tank back against the wall.

Under the stand, you can see the manifold that'll supply both the TLF Phosban reactors, as well as the sump:

The other side of the stand with the Sequence Wahoo and the right hand side of the manifold. The drip acclimation/utility line as well:

A look behind the tank:

The first of the garage lines in place:

And, wait for it....wait for it.............wait for it.............................

Time for a leak test:

I still need to do the rest of the garage lines, but I can at least verify that those in the house are ready to go.

That's all for now.:D

Very nice plumbing job! Much more complicated than my drain and return lol.

NO KIDDING!!!!! I really don't think that I'd do it again. Just way too much work, as well as too many chances for leaks, but, I really wanted a tank with minimal intrusions, and this does fit the bill.

OK, water's back out. 2 minor leaks on a couple of the threaded fittings. I'll get those taken care of, and finish the remainder of the plumbing before leak test 2.
