Joining the big nutz with my 456 plywood build

i have been building plywood tanks for several years now and the reason the screws dont matter because if water is making its way to the screw then you have bigger problems to worry about. Also the glass fits though the front opening with no problems but thanks for your concerns. All you have to do is put the glass in at an angle with two people, its really easy with the deep of a tank. Another reason why i will pc11 glue everything together is to eliminate the need for the 45 corner blocks.

couple update:
i decided not to do any extra supports on the center euro bracing.... the way it is now is super strong already so once its fiberglassed it will be good to go.
i am considering doing glass on all four sides now...with eight megaflow overflow kits put together to form two circles in the middle of each opening of the top. Hopefully your able to follow this....

so eight of these...

routered the top euro bracing tonight...took picture but you really cant see much....just did a 1/4" round on the top and light sanded round on the bottom.

lol...its funny....do a 210 and people are like yeah nice tank.....build a 456 and now people want to stop by....next i am going to do a 30,000gal. and charge a door fee....lol

zylski, anytime just let me know when your coming down. thanks

Builds lookin really good. Were are u getting the glass from and are u going with low iron/starfire? When u get that 30,000 gal goin il have to get to fargo to check it out lol. Actually id like to check out ur 210 sometime its lookin really good.

i am getting the glass from fargo glass and paint....not going with low iron because it really doesnt make enough diff. for the price IMO and it scratches easier.

Josh i think you should go with the biggest fuge you can fit under the tank, more water volume is easier to maintain levels in :), and i would go all natural no need for skimmers and all that junk ;). Maybe a calcium and kalk reactor becuase of the size.

I know i want to allow for a turf scrubber, skimmers, calc. and kalk reactors, uv, carbon and maybe phos. reactors. Huge macro fuge with DSB. Multiple overflows and possible multible sumps!...... lol ok thats my ideas now someone build it!!!! LOL
