Just a few pictures of my diy ca. reactor.

Hi,
This is a dual chambers with a 4 and a 6" diameter tubes. I just finished grooving the base and the top. I will use Pan World 40 for circulation, and more pictures to come when I am done with plumbing and shaping the top. Please feel free to common.

Hey Loc maybe I need to have you make the flanges for my skimmer. I am having troble making them with my tools since my drill press is verry small and cheap. Let me know when I can stop by with a piece.

I just picked up an MRC CR-1 complete with tank and regulator from Tony (drake66). I think he only used it for like 4-5 months, maybe even less. Too good of a deal that I can't pass up. Plus, it has a small footprint that's better for me b/c I am running out of space. It actually has to sit outside the stand. Hopefully it's not too much of a pain to use.

Maybe some day when I get a big tank, I'll make a reactor myself.

I think some people on this board are a little anal retentive. If you werenââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t suffering from cranial rectal inversion you might see that I was simply admiring his work and offering to pay him for his services should he decide to make another reactor.

Anyway Loc, sorry for all the "confusion". Looks like a very well built reactor. Most commercial products donââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t appear to be built so well. May I ask if you are planning to run it as a reverse flow?
