Just sharing some pictures...

Awesome livestock, I have to give you that, but all stuff I have seen plenty of time before...
but you just skimmed over those huge dendrophylia polyps you have - post more pics of them (after eating please)

Strong TOTM candidate based on many things including (a) smart setup, (b) practical use of space, (c) simple but with amazing output, (d) smart inventory, and (e) amazing photography skills.

thanks for sharing this with us. I am motivated by this!!

Hopefully in another year or so when my acro colonies are more mature. Trust me, it's my pleasure sharing my passion with anyone who is interested. Just ask my friends who think I am a serious reef geek. I'm sure you guys can relate.

That is so cool. Love the woodwork. If you were here, mine would be done finally.

Thanks! I wish I could take the credit for it but the woodwork was done by a local cabinet maker. I just told him what I wanted and he made it.

I broke out the camera again this morning.

Here's my Purple Monster. I am particularly proud of this one because I grew it from the tiniest frag, less than a quarter inch.

This is Atlantis's Red Star Cyphastrea:

Here's a Stylocoeniella Cocosensis. I will try to get a better shot of this one. The polyps are amazingly small.

And my yellow Milli:

More pics to come, that is if my wife doesn't divorce me first for spending so much time with this hobby!

Nice tank and pics. What happened to that huge clam?

It got too big for my tank and was taking up too much prime real estate so I actually donated it to the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific. It worked out great because my clam got a new 5000 gallon home and they gave me a tax right-off!

Here's a picture of my clam in its new home. It's at the bottom left of the tank with 5 or 6 rather large Derasa's.

Very nice pictures. Don't stop now, we all wanna see more. :)

Trust me. I could spend all day tinkering with my tank and taking pictures, but my wife would divorce me. I already get an ear full for the amount of time I take in cleaning and maintaining my system that I have to sneak in extra time to take pictures. That's usually when the kids are napping and my wife is out. Anyway, I will definitely be taking more pictures soon.

Wayne you have EVERYTHING I want ifor my tank. I envy your tank every time you show pics of it. Every SPS to every fish lol Simply Amazing I dont know if many people understand the rareity of your fishand orals

Great job there. Just more proof you can get good growth with 20K's. I really helps that you know what your doing too:thumbsup:

Thanks Tanya. I really appreciate it. It's also not that bad that everyone not understand how rare my animals are because if my wife ever knew, well, divorce would be an easy punishment!

Wow. Thanks Eric. A lot of my colonies are offsprings of yours.

Like this one - What's the name of this acro again?

Wayne, that looks the Deepwater Table ( A. Derawensis) Looks like you are getting some serious growth there. I know you've been to the shop before. Just trying to put a face with the name:confused: PM me with some help. I think I have an idea though:lol:

Man, I commented on how fast your purple monster grew in the SPS forum, but you have to have by far the most grown out LE's I've ever seen. This is defintely what I see my tank as in the future. But your rare fish collection just totally sets everything off too! Great stuff dude, this gets my TOTM vote if I had any say haha.

Classy woodwork and really cool fish room/sump area too.

Now that's what I like to see...someone who not only knows how to set up a reef tank...but also how to take great pics!! AKA...someone who's willing to spend as much on the camera and time to learn the skill and art as they spend on the tank and learning the skill and art required for that as well. Awesome pics!!! I hope to one day have a tank 1/2 as nice and be able to take pics 1/2 as good!!

Great job Wayne! Thanks for removing a lot of the LR, the tank looks so much better now with the open space.

Thanks everyone!

It may have seemed like I removed a lot of the LR, but I actually just removed that huge Gigas. That open archway has always been there and was in my original aquascape. It was just the 24"+ Gigas blocked the view!
