Great, I just didn't want the volume to be too small for the tank.

Why not 48x20x20? I forgot which protein skimmer you are planning to use but another 4 inches would help just incase your protein skimmer require some sump space.

You also need room for Ca reactor and couple other things. 60" long may take too much space for other stuff.

Without going custom i can get 48x24x18?

You can go with that dimension if your main display is 30" wide :D

£3993, Thats nearly 8000 USD. I just wanna go out and buy everything but i REALLY can't afford it right now. By the end of next year, start of 09 i should be just about ready. Its SO far away!

No i dont think its too bad either but GTA IV set me back £40/$80 :D. Nope, no wife and kids.

Just start slowly, that what that hobby is all about patience......

Plan what you want 1st and then buy as you go along... mistake many reefers done in the past (ME being one of them) is they buy without proper research and $, and then regret much later down the road...

Agree with kidney514 - this hobby takes patiences - lot's of it... :)

LOL kar i think where your going to place the tank is very nice. Yea that tank is going to cost a lot of money. I mean this is what i did because i didnt have all the money first. I bought little things at a time. Like every month or two i would go bck out and buy something again.
