I bought the 20lb. Box from marine depot. Did not like the pieces in the box.

I went with this Aquascape since I didn't have much to work with as the pieces were just to darn big in the box. I'm sure I will be making some changes again. I will update as I go..

Dauuummm Kenny back at it again with the Aquascape. For now I put the big rocks in and took out the smaller ones again...

Thank you for shopping at Marine Depot

Thank you for shopping at Marine Depot

We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the pieces you received. You might consider breaking them into smaller pieces with a chisel/flat head screw driver and a hammer for controlled breaks.

Just put some real reef rock in the tank, scored on some nice show pieces from very trust worthy dealer that I have bought from in the past. Very low price, I promised I wouldn't post how much and from where but under $60 for about 20lbs. This stuff usually sells for about $9.00 + per lb. I will post some pics when the water clears.

I put in one bag of the Chemi Pure Blue. I'm wondering if I put one in each sock for the cycle would be to much? A total of (2) bags.

Here's a pic of my Aquascape, I added a few tunnels for fish to hide. I really like the look of this real reef live rock. I aquascapped it in the middle of the tank full of crevices and hiding places for the fish. The reason why I sat it in the middle of the tank is so the fish can have room to swim around the tank and to add flow so detrites don't get out of control. Water is foggy not sure why the water checks out good.

This Aquascape is starting to grow on me. Very basic nothing extreme but has a lot of hiding places for fish. I could stack it and bring out the details of the rock but I think I will be able to fit more coral on this way.

Water is starting to clear up very slowly. I have never had a tank that took this long for crystal clear water.
