LED Question...

I have a 75gallon frag tank that I put a 48" Blue ReefBright fixture on a few months back and I really like it. I want to add some Blue LED Strips to my 8' 300 gallon tank but I dont want to drop $500 on 2 of the fixtures. Will the Flex Strips give me the same effect as the fixture?

Or is there a better option for me?

Hi Ryan,

The flex strips are completely different wattage / LED's altogether. The flex strip would probably not even be noticeable on that size tank while the other lights are running during the day, they would only be good for moonlights.

You could use the Ecoxotic Panorama modules, however you're going to spend more with these, as they're only 12" in length.
