IN that photo there are probably 13-14 of them. Now only about 7-8 as I have thinned it down. I will let them grow again in the new tank.

I am thinking a 60 gallon cube, or something like a 26"x26"x22".

Best,
Ilham

zenya,

How long have you had your anemones?

That's an awesome tank!

Thank you!

If I remember correctly I bought first anemone in 2002, so it would be about 4 years now.
BTW, it used to be a reeftank, too.., Oh, well... :D

zenya how many nems you got in there that is awsome,is your hostess the only fish in there?

There are roughly 30-35 individuals in there at this time.
As far as fish goes, the only other fish in there is the yellow tang that had been in there since 1998( waay before any anemones made it into the tank :D ). I can;t possibly remove that tang from the tank due to the fact that I may accidentally scare it into the "waiting arms" of the anemones. So far he managed to co-exist with the anemones without any incident and remains my oldest fish in captivity.

Nature will find a way to live. In your case, its your yellow tang surviving in a dominated RBTA tank.

Now we need Anemone to post his fishtank of his dominated RBTA tank as well. Then there would be three of you guys with RBTA crazy tanks.

Mine started as a reef as well, but I just couldn't keep and corals but my GBTA thrived so I just added different types of anemones, which are all doing well. The gbta is still the dominant one though

Its funny how corals are easier to keep but some times I find it much easier to keep anemones.

Well not all corals are easy, but my point was made. :)

Hi Gene!!!

The clownfish breeding is going great! Four species so far I have been able to breed...Clarkiis, GSMs, Ocellaris, and True Percs. I will have captive bred Bicinctus sooon! They're laying eggs...hehe...

Nice tank there! I just love rose anemones.

Best,
Ilham
