LF/WTB/Need Advice: Considering Adding T5

I'm really considering adding 2 T5HO Retro kits to my 3 ai primes. My tank is 36 wide, so I'm thinking either 4 36" bulbs or 4 24" bulbs (staggered similar to how Robthorn has his t5s)

Sandman's post down in Brandenton got me thinking about this again, but he had already sold the 36" set he had. I think he still has a set of 24"

1. Well, now I might move forward if I find someone selling. Anyone got some t5 retro kits laying around?

2. With a 36" long tank, would you go 36" bulbs or staggered 24" bulbs?

That’s pretty incredible. And it essentially costs the same as two t5 miro retro kits. Well, that’s in the running! Thanks for the share.

I did notice a jump in growth right away when adding t5's but my led's were turned way down when I added them. I have since had crazy growth after turning up my led. I had better color with just led so I may experiment turning off the t5's for a few weeks to try for better color.
Its always a gamble.
