Light re-acclimation after 84 hour black out

I had a case of dino's, from overfeeding my young fish in my young tank as I wanted to assure they would be healthy.
So I did a 3.5 day blackout on the DT.

How should I go about re-acclimating my SPS to my 6 lamp T5 setup?

I had guessed maybe 2-4 hrs of two lamps only and maybe add 20 minutes a day. Then at some point use the other 4 lamps for say and hour and slowly ramp that up to ~5hrs.

Just go back to your normal light schedule. They will be fine.

All the bulbs as usual but on a shorter photoperiod.

I prefer window screening, as opposed to a shorter photo-period.
