What are they? They look like tiny little snowflakes all over the glass.

hydroids, inject with kalk paste

These are far to small to inject with anything. They're like a millimeter across, including the little tentacles. Should I scrape them off the glass and inject any that get big enough to inject?

thanks!

Dammit!!!! I never saw or heard of those before. Every time I see a post about some new pest, they show up in my tank.

Let me get some kalk paste mixed up and ready to go.

For their size, they do pack a powerful sting. Unless you have small seahorses or fish fry, they're not much to worry about. Hatch out some bbs and feed it to one of them. It's cool to watch. :) They don't like high flow and tend to grow in places where the flow is low. If you turn up your flow, they should go away.

They will come and go, mine just disappeared all together and never came back one day. Yeah don't worry about them stinging anything either they really don't do any damage unless their numbers get out of control.

those will make the tank crash

Is that a joke? If not, would you mind giving me a little more info? What do they do that causes a crash? How would I get rid of them?

They seem pretty harmless so I'm inclined to believe the people who said they are, but if you're serious I'd love to have more info.
