Sorry pictures on their sides, it's an iPhone job. The Hector's Goby is the most active. He hovers and then darts around in the middle of the tank, mid-water level. Very active. Gorgeous, this picture doesn't do him justice. Bright neon yellow stripes which I'm sure will come out more within the next few days. Will be getting another one of him.

Unfortunately the Green Clown Gobies and the Catalina hide constantly. Very hard to find them. Enjoying my purchase though, I'm happy :fish1:

Glen if you decide the catalina hides to much for you . let me know i will buy it of you. maybe they do better in prs.

Not objected to that idea at all! If you want to swap a fish for fish or for a frag (or even money), we can def do that. Let me give him a few days to acclimate then we'll see.

That cucumber is awesome. I've been pondering trying a cuke or an apple but am a little too nervous to pull the trigger. Let me know how easy it is to keep happy, maybe I will try one in the near future, lol

How often do you guys do these? I will most likely be ordering from LA this month with a good amount of creatures, but I won't lways want to order $225+ worth of things.

Thanks.

Mike, the Catalina is hard to co-erce out of the rockwork. Put some frozen PE mysis and holy crap, he flew out there.

thats cool i fed pe to the horses and he still didnt come out at least in front. i think he hangs out behind my rock work.

So I haven't seen the Catalina after the first two days he was put into the tank. Not once. Don't know if he's still in there. The Green Clown gobies make an appearance every couple of days. The high-fin goby has found his permanent home so he's reliably there. The Hector's goby and the tail spot blenny are always out and about.

Hows your Catalina Mike? see him often?

I may be ready for one more fish if another order is made. Mine have settled in and the tank should be able to handle another addition.

There's a fish I'm looking at too--if somebody comes up with a decisive plan by this afternoon, you could count me in. I'll check back with this thread before I head off to Milford this afternoon.

On second thought, I could try providing that decisive plan. If we can hit the $225 mark by 2PM tomorrow, Thursday the 21st, I'll place the order. It will arrive here (New Haven, so relatively close for serious and lax at least) on Friday the 22nd. Pickup would be at my house between 6pm and midnight on Friday evening. Post your shopping list here to this thread. Include the name of the livestock and the item number and the price, like this:

SW - Flame Angelfish (Christmas/Marshalls)- Medium CN-66271, $ 44.99

Send paypal to tyler.smith@yale.edu for the total of your order. If we don't hit the free shipping mark, I'll refund those who paid. Sound good?

Sounds good I'm not home at the moment. But when I get home I'll put a list together and get it to you. I'm thinking it will be upwards of 60-80. Perhaps start and new thread to get people on board? Just a thought.

yep. I pm'd the people here who expressed interest, just to let 'em know about the opportunity. I'll start a new thread directing folks' attention here, but I want all the order info to be in one place (here), to avoid confusion.
