looking for angelfish ideas

I have a 300 gallon tank with some tangs, lyretail anthias, foxface, true perc pair, 7 fairy/flasher wrasses and bluespot jawfish. I recently had to remove my blueface angel whom I have had for over 2 years with no problems until last week when he decided he liked the taste of coral, specifically brains, and wiped out 2 and damaged 2 others in the span of a few days. I would like to add another angelfish but want to play it safe and only add one from the Genicanthus species to be safe. Which of these would be the best addition compatibility wise and which one has the best color? Looking for ideas and opinions.
Thanks

Any one of the genicanthus angels would look great in your tank. I have 3 of the species in my reef and love them all.
I have a female watanabie, female bellus and a female swallowtail.

They tolerate each other . they have their territory and dont like it when the other intrudes. They arent buddies, but they get along.
For most color, I would say the bellus has the most.

I'm not a huge fan of the genicanthus in general but the watanabei and female bellus are the best looking by far to me. The female bellus is just a very striking animal.

Unfortunately, your desire to keep fleshy LPS like open brains means that you are basically limited to Genicanthus if you want to be certain they will be safe. All angels have been kept in reef settings because they tend to leave healthy sps alone - open brains are just about the most tempting coral for any fish so as long as you want to put those before fish, your going to be limited.

Both sexes of Genicanthus watanabei and female bellus. Also if you can find them, Genicanthus semifasciatus.
