Looks like a spider, but not the zoa eating kind? [ID] What is it?!?

I have one still photo and a short video. I'm hoping it's just something harmless based on how it was acting, but would much rather know for sure than keep wondering.

The movie is still processing, I know the image is terrible but it was the only one I got from the top down instead of the side. (after further reading, sounds like there are over 1,300 species, so I'm sure it's just one of them. Also sounds like most of them are carnivorous, so think I'll just flush it unless I can get a positive ID that it's one of the rare 'safe' ones. It does look really cool walking around.)

I don't think it's a starfish, it 'walks' intentionally by lifting legs in a specific order.

I'm wondering if it could be a micro brittle star. Can you see any joints to the legs, or do they just flail?

It has distinct leg segments, and it's picking them up in pairs opposite each other to walk around, just very slowly.

And just a tip.. If at all possible please post ID pictures/videos with as much "natural/normal" light as possible..
Many times proper color rendition is important in identifications and those that post overly blue light (red in your case..must be some fuge) really distort proper coloration..
I always tell people to turn their blue channel off/way down and post again.. It can make a world of difference..
Many cameras just don't focus properly with such distorted light either..
