Not ich for sure and note the one on his tail fin...that's how they all started...there was some on his mouth but I treated with maracyn 2 thinking bacterial and it went away there...where to go from here

Lymphocystis should go away on its own as long as the fish is otherwise healthy and in good condition. Besides mechanical removal there is really nothing you can do and that would be something I would only do if it's on the mouth and prevents the fish from eating.
Here you find more detailed information: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/fa181

MY CCB had Lympho right after I brought it home. It lasted 3-4 weeks and then went away. Is it eating? The best thing you can do for it right now is to get some live black worms or white worms. CCB`s love them and they will boost his immune system.

He was eating when I got him but then I added prazi pro for white stringy poop and he stopped eating. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Today he finally started eating a few pieces of pe mysis I just bought so I'm hoping I can bring him back

It is easy to culture white worms. Not Grindal worms. Just as good, if not better, as black worms but a little more work. They live in salt water overnight. Black worms live about 2 minuets. They can be found on EBAY.

How do butterfly fish do with copper treatments, more specifically cupramine?

Not so good - they often get Lymphocystis.
If ich is of concern do TTM. If worried about velvet, brook and the like give them formalin baths during the transfers.
