Lysmata amboinensis larva

And in page 7,July 17th there is a duplicated post, could you delete one,any of them ?:D
If people could have the "powers"to edit their posts or their threads it would save you some work:cool:
After all that seems to be the only difference between a thread and a log

You did remove the good one:rolleyes:

Didn't touch anything yet, so we'll just blame Marc and Kevin ;)

See the phrase:

The word uropods should be replaced by "branches"

Done.

Unfortunately too many rotten apples abused that privelege :(

Thanks for your help Bill. Luis wants to be have the first thread in the history of RC with zero errors and pure perfection. :D

I still don't know what half the stuff he says means, but I know he's happy and that makes me happy. ;)

That´s because my English is crappy and I disguise it under technical jargon:D

C´mon,don´t be mean,find a word that I used without explaining it´s meaning.There are glossaries here and there:p
And if you read it all, you´ll see that I´ve been even criticized for using non technical descriptions.
You can´t please everybody...

I skipped the middle, so I missed all the critiques. I'm glad you're doing this and not me.

Not really.Didn´t feel like micro checking them at this point, especially when I am not describing further stages.
But I could make a group pic of the five, next time I remove them for cleaning.

Four died at 120 days :(
Electric power was interrupted while I wasn´t there.:mad2:
The smallest one survived.Again the one shrimp thing, seems like a curse:rolleyes:
Larvae are (were) 22-23 mm long,AI well developed with coupling hooks. No AM.Telson ends in six spines.

Sorry to hear about your loss after all this time of documentation. :(

How long was the power out?

Not too long, but enough to have the head tank emptied and siphon in return lines lost.I do have a back-up system, operating the room air pumps. If I had plugged this pump there...

I'm happy to see this hasn't discouraged you and that you are going to pursue it again. Hopefully you can set up the new system with some backup protection so your next larvae will be safe.
