Male/Female Question

When would you be able to tell who is the male and who is the female? The clownfish are already a pair but they both look almost the same size to me. Will one just start to get bigger than the other over a time period?If so how long does this take?

What type of clownfish? Reason I ask is not all of them show a clear difference in size. I could easily tell the difference b/t my pink skunks and GSM, however with my Clarkii pair ( been spawning for 7+ years ) I have a hard time telling the difference.

They are Black and White Ocellaris

She will start growing. You should be able to tell the difference by who is the more dominant of the two. The male will be submissive.
