 Yeah, don't even try to be sneaky. You know Emma will wobble in and go "Daddy got new poka dot fishy"....Then, knowing Emma, you'll have her saying M-A-C-U-L-I-C-E-P-S by Tuesday.:)

Not Tuesday, but Monday :D

Mark- Very nice. I have alway heard that the purple was slow to come it. It seems that your not having that problem.

Unbelievable!!!! Freakin' Jedi powers in such a youngling!!

Thanks Brian and Steve. Right now the purple has shifted to a light blue due to too much light. I finally decided to move it down a bit. My water clarity is getting really good these days and it was not used to that

I was really surprised as well. She really has the "ceps" down. Its still amazing that its smaller than my chromis' and it will still brave the open water of the tank.

wrasses,sorry to hear

wrasses,sorry to hear

your fish most be brutle,i didnt know wrasses were so agressive,im going to add a wrasses soon, need to make a cover first.............nice simplex toooooooooo....................

Nothing to special today except I just spent the last 3 hours trying to put the reef back together :( Alicia came by for a visit and she asked me where a piece was. The next thing I was doing was mocing a rock to find a tiny receeding chalice.
Its always nice to have friends come over, but the three tubes of glue I have on my hands gets old

I caught a brief glimsp of what its going to be like whenever something like this happens in the future. Where to you place larger pieces when the tank is already too full

I see eggs ... j/k... That thing is huge whats the size of it?

And I was just going to frag something for you.... :sad1:

Its only about 10" tall and 8" wide.

Loving the new FTS's! Your colors are off the charts. The simplex looks to be growing nicely for you. I'm really loving that piece; it's defnitely a coral that deserves to be classified as "rare". Any updated shots of the rouge mille by chance? I always enjoy looking at your thread and all the eye candy.

Thank You.

Unfortunately, I do not have any updated shots of my corals. My reserve in photobucket is pretty much empty now. After moving a couple things around today and some minor tweaks planned for next, I will try to keep my hands out of the tank for a month or so. I just want to rest for a bit and let things grow out before I take any more pictures.

angelfish

angelfish

when you put your joc in the tank, did it pick at any polps, sps, lps,i just got a email from dennis over at h2o and he can get a lemonpeel angel hybrid, looks like its mixed with a juv joc?look tough, was just wondering recause i have alot of zoas, but there is always a price to pay for something nice, just wanted your input..........the price is good i think, mike

The email that was sent out was nice, but that fish is not mixed with a joc ;) Lemonpeels are notorious for being a little more iffy that some of the other Centropyge. All angels that were once in the ocean will nip sooner or later. It just depends on how bad they will and how much you like PE.

.......

.......

thanks mark i appreciate your input, its a nice fish though, just wanting to add some type of angel and dont know which yet, maybe a bellus or lyretail,i think they are mostly reef safe, just trying to find something not so common!.............

The reason that fish are usually not too common is that one, they are too expensive, or two, people do not like the results of them being in their reef.
