I'll bet MD can't wait to get these lights in just to cut all the manpower needed just to keep up with all the questions asked about these things. It's like Tickle Me Elmo for reefers. Lol.
It's true. lol The demand for these lights is unlike anything we've experienced before.

I was a little sad when I ordered mine I saw a Cool free MD shirt that I checked on now I go and look back it's not in the order. Oh well least we are finally going to be getting our Razors!
I know MD has done a great job with keeping me informed and I never get anything but great Customer Service from them.

Sorry MD, cancelled my order for the 10k 120w fixture. I fully understand it is out of your control but still disappointed with Maxspect/Coralvue nonetheless. This would have been my first purchase from this company. I know stuff happens but quite clearly they dropped the ball in my opinion. It doesn't sound like they made nearly enough fixtures to cover the initial pre-orders at all. To advertise the 10k fixture and go 2 months + and not have them available here in the US is a problem. You will certainly have my business again MD but Maxspect/Coralvue, I don't know. Sorry, just venting!
Probably will go DIY now and build a similar spectrum fixture through Rapid and run it through my RKE. Won't look as sleek but that's ok it will be inside a canopy anyway.

Completely understandable. That's why we wanted to be as forthright as possible with these ETAs so you'd be able to make whatever arranagements are necessary for you and your aquarium system. We certainly understand your frustration and disappointment and appreciate you venting here in our forum so we're able to pass your sentiments along to the manufacturer.
