Mexican Turbo has gone to sleep

Seriously though, I added a Mexican Turbo Snail to help combat a macro problem. At first it chowed through algae just as advertized, but a couple mornings later I found it on the sand instead of grazing live rock. After placing it back on a nice flat spot of LR rich with macro it hasn't moved in about 24 hours. The snail is withdrawn maybe a quarter inch up into the opening of its shell. Anything to worry about? Thanks.

usually means there pretty upset if they've withdrawn into there shell and not immediately coming back out. i'll agree with mainereef it's most likely on it's way out but there are chances it'll live

What's the temp? too long in a reef tank usually brings these guys down. They prefer the cooler waters.

Water temp is quite tight varying only from 79.4 or so up to no more than 80. My Ceriths are all fine as are corals and fish (and of course my macro algae crop).
