Mine and Lisa's new aquariums

We are moving to a new house soon, and thought we'd treat ourselves to some nice new aquariums. We found these and couldn't resist. Metaframe 5 gallon, 10 gallon, and 40 gallon stainless steel aquariums with matching light fixtures. Not sure what we are going to put in them yet, but how cool are these things?!!!

By the way, these are groovy.

I used to have one too. I think it was my first, after my dad's 3-gallon blew a seal. It's the oldest tank recollection I have.

I also recall my stainless hood had a short in it once, and zapped my sorry young a$$ all the way across the room!! (I was 10!)

Those are way cool.....where in the world did you find not one, but three of them? I had one when I was but a young lad for sure....I believe I was living on the cutting edge and had a beta and some black mollies in it......with an undergravel filter of course...

I wonder if you can retrofit the lights with T5's or something?

didnt some place that sold fish way back when have those as displays? I was thinkin woolworth at raleigh spring mall, or could have been the tropical fish gallery that was across the street in same shopping center as service merchandise. Retro dude!

I have a metaframe 5, 10, and 20 just sitting in storage... One day I'll get around to making them beautiful. Those tanks look fantastic!

I actually found 21 of them. I am keeping these 3 for myself. The other 18 are already sold.
