Monolith

In the past I would cash frags in the systems of people in my area just in case I needed to start over. We had three LFS go out of business leaving only petsmart and the few who were capable of keeping spa have stopped. :(

Wow, Alex what a beautiful coral.
Those progression shots were like watching a sappy love story..... With a horrific ending!!!!
Thank goodness you saved some frags!

Matt...that's why it's one of my fav.
Trying to put the things back on track to turn the frags into a new colony.

Giovani,
I'm start doing that too....giving frags to friends to keep a "backup" of corals.
This one already is in the reef of a friend.

I knew there would be a bad ending to thise pics because your current piece is so small, but it was still awful to see!

I wish you could give me frags to hold for you! :)

Grab a coral clipper and take a flight.....We're apart a few hours only....:lol2:

Everyone who runs a sps reef tank has some story like this, unfortunatelly...:headwalls:

Ouch that was a beautiful piece. :(

It'll turn big and beautiful again....or we'll die trying....:D

Well......
20kg lighter of rock and free from a 30" "monster" capri, my back panel is .....full of free space.

Another favorite:

lokani banana.
Buyed in 2010. 1/4" frag.
Took one year to grow a base and only then start to grow branches.

In my previous tank. 2011 or 2012 I guess.....

I AM SO JEALOUS OF YOUR A. LOKANI :eek2:

We cannot get a. lokani or several other species of deep water acro's here in Aus and it's one of the things that I hate the most! lol Deep water acro's and smoothskins are hands down my favourite acro's!! Especially lokani! What I wouldn't do to get a piece of that!

Tank is looking absolutely fantastic mate!

Wow.. That lokani is as beautiful as the last one!
I am very jealous!!

I prefer the purple one, but this is a beautiful piece too, for sure.

So stunning. You have a knack for sure. Congrats, we r all envious

Beautiful

Deep water acro's and smooth skins are my favorites too.
Why you can't get them over there?

Here's a carolineana purple that I've had once.....lost it to STN...:thumbdown

PS.: I've named these acro's the way that I buyed, but here's some confusion about what is carolineana ou lokani. So, It's possible that the species are wrong...
