beautiful !

can you explain how the frozen food auto feeder works ? is it a commercial one ? or DIY ?

thanks

Thanks guys,

You can see a box constructed inside the freezer. This contains frozen food.

These two pipes end inside the box.

I have an Eheim pump in the sump, pumping water into the box. It melts the food and drops back in front of a return pump and into the tank. The Eheim pump is on my GHL timer.

This is my main sump...
It holds the return pumps and a Bubbleking 300 Skimmer. I have also added a deltec GFO reactor.

The Eggcrate basket used to hold live rock, but it gathered so much detritus that I removed it several months ago...

I made this GHL probe holder. Tank water runs through the pipework and back into the upper sump.

I'll miss frights and frags which is a shame!!.

I'll definitely check WWC. I'm kind of confined to Orlando and only there for a few days!!. Is overseas shipping an option, or no?.

Hi, I wanted to get a few more details. The frozen food is usually a major source of phosphates, etc. so it has to be rinsed. Do you rinse the frozen food and then refreeze it, or are you not using commercial frozen food and freezing your own blend?

Thx,

Dave.M
