Moved to NYC

I just wanted to tell everyone that I moved to New York last month. I'm working at House of Fins in Greenwich CT. Just trying to acclimate myself to the cold of the east coast.
My works very cool
We had a Todd Gardner captive raised Candy Basslet Liopropoma sp.
A Chaetodontoplus conspicillatus Angelfish
And even a Clarion Angel swimming around in one of the sumps!!! Only at House of Fins would you see that :)
Hope everyone has a great holiday season!

well, shoot! sorry to hear this... though I'm excited for you! I hope it all works out... and, of course, I'd love to hear the story behind the move someday :-) Good luck!

No wonder last time I went to Caesars they had a new guy telling customers they can keep any coral with just water changes and cheap-o lights. I just had to step in when he walked away and told those people the truth. Best of luck to you and you'll be missed at Caesar's bro.

Thanks guys. Since House of Fins is a reef central sponsor I can post lots of updates of all he cool fish and corals that we get in.

Best of luck James. I'll have to stop by when I'm visiting family in New Canaan, CT. Greenwich is just 2 towns over.

That explains it.I stopped by Caesars last week and I noticed that you had left just by looking at their tanks. Good luck and don't be a stranger

Dam you James. Well, much thanks for all the help you gave me on getting my little Nano up and running. Doing sweetly at present. Yes, noticeable change already at Caesars and hope they don't let that continue. Your expertise and talent will be missed. Best of Luck!!

I'm telling you man that new guy they got is not cutting it, telling customers they can grow sps with PC lighting. He is not the same caliber as James, I don't think Caesars will have a good long bright future if they don't take care of that ASAP.

I still haven't had much time to research the reef clubs in the area. That will be my next project. Been to a couple of stores in manhattan but nothing to write home about.

In NYC, the best club really is the online club, Manhattan Reefs. The other clubs are more geared towards all aquatics.

Don't consider an online forum to be a club. The onlytrue club in NYC is the NY reef club they get together once a month religiously. Www.nyreefclub.com r look under northeast clubs and scroll did to nyreefclub on reefcentral.
