MP40 flashing

Just as the title states, one out of two of my MP 40W's is flashing red/green.

I've tried to "power cycle"
remove then "find" again with my reef link.....
refresh devices
reboot
factory reset
reprogram
sync as slave

same result, still flashes red/green....

any advise will be appreciated.

Sandy,

Red/Green flashing will indicate a stall error meaning the dryside is unable to spin freely. This is typically caused by a wetside being bound or dirty. To resolve the issue, remove the wetside from the aquarium and soak in a 50/50 hot water and vinegar solution. From there, completely disassemble and clean all parts on the wetside.

When you mention "completely disassemble" how "far" do you disassemble?
