Multicontroller question

I have read that it needs two pumps to do tide mode...will this controller work with any other powerhead brands, maybe with an adapter?

No, it can only work with a Turbelle Stream 6000 or 6100. The 7200/2, 7300/2, 7400/2, and with the 2002 and 4002 used in conjunction with adapter 7094.40. The majority of powerheads and pumps available are synchronous motors and hence not controllable in any way. You will be able to use pulse mode with one pump. Tide mode requires 2 and sequence mode requires 4.
