My 6100 is no longer running and only a little over a year old

One of my 6100's is bad. I've been told Tunze warranty 2 years. I don't have receipt or anything but the unit manufactured date was 7/18/2005. Usually every manufacturer warranty the unit + 3 months so it should be under warranty until 10/18/2007. Regardless, it is still under 2 years old. Please let me know what I should do.

Just send it in, as long as the cause is not caused by neglect, cut wires/modifications or water damage to the driver it will be covered under warranty. The warranty is 2 years from manufacturing date unless a receipt is available.

Be sure to include a letter with your return address and a contact method (email or phone)
