I find they each produce different skimmate. I figure that they must remove different types of wastes aswell. Ones an Aqua C EV2000, the other is an MRC dual beckett recirculator.

Once I get the 360g predator tank up and running, I'll be running two EuroReef RS-250 skimmers. I think two skimmers is a better idea than one big one.

I find that if I clean them on separate days, atleast one is always producing skimmate. There always seems to be a break-in period after I clean the risers before skimate is produced. Also if one gets clogged, like the becketts do frequently, the other is still skimming.

1 Jawfish

1 Tile Fish

2 more Gobies (forgot the dartfish are considered gobies)

I think that this is all with the exception of the Wrasses, they are a real PITA to try and count.

I should have known that was too low when Marc counted 38 fish in the picture I took of the center of the tank.....

Believe it or not, they are the lowest out of my 9 salt tanks. Tuesday they tested 25 using Salifert test kit.

Pleased to say I saw my first big tank a couple weeks back - thanks Cougarman! Your tank is sweet. Made my 270 seem like a nano....

I'm not sure if I counted again, I would come up with the same total. I know that I had a difficult time counting the wrasses... I only have one Mystery wrasse in the tank, and yet he is so quick, it beat to the other end of the tank when I was counting. I am sure of the tang count and several others. Cardinals may be off a couple.

I'd had given some thought to running one, but I am not using one at the present time.
