You've seen some of the pictures of boxes that fish have arrived in, if I got salt in boxes, there would be a salt trail from where ever leading to my house. Other than one broken handle, buckets seem to arrive in one piece.

I would think a wrapped pallet of salt boxes would arrive in good shape. It will save you some money and a LOT of space.

I can finally report that the Black tang has been out and picking at the rocks and tank. First time that I have actually watched it do this. The Achilles has been doing the same since shortly after having put it in the tank.

That's fine, leave them be. Just scrape off the pink spots.

2) Check Calcium Reactor effluent rate & alkalinity levels
3) Check tank salinity
4) Check new fish for any indications of disease or stress
5) Add top off water (SET TIMER!)
6) Scrape off 6,000,000 dots of coralline
7) Flip any snails right side up
8) Post news on RC
9) Drink coffee
10) Scan websites for more fish I want

Let's see......

Numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, 8 & 9 were done today. I'll run right down stairs and flip the snails. (by the way, which snails don't you have to up right (if any)???)

4 & 6 on the docket for tomorrow. And number 10 is done hourly :lolspin:

Astreas are usually the only one you have to worry about. However, they are very useful and so I buy them about twice a year.

I see both your black tang and your achilles out all the time when I'm watching your reef cam. Its great to watch! I see the achilles a bit more often then the black tang.
