You should have told me that BEFORE I went down and turned them all right side up. Now you want me to do it all over again?? Maybe I will get lucky and they will all land right side up :spin1: It is a lot easier to do it in the container....Originally posted by melev
I meant in your reef, not the acclimation container.
How are your mangroves doing? Mine just burst out with new leaves in the past week. I'll have to take a quick picture for you.
The roots are growing, but still no leaves. Mine are not planted in the sand. A couple of the plants I placed in the African tank seem to be ready to sprout....Originally posted by UrbanSage
How ARE your mangroves Chuck?
Mine are about the same, except when I tried to pull one out of the sand bed today I decided not to since it felt like it was growing roots very good.
Still no leaves though.
They came from ERI in Ca. (Exotic Reef Imports)Originally posted by purebullet417

Do you have any pictures you can post of your J? What are you using for lighting?Originally posted by jnarowe
well, I have mine in a DSB but they plants themselves are not that deep, and they sprouted leaves right away. Then they got too tall for my fuge and I moved them to a snail grow-out tank.
They are again touching the lamps and I am considering (although not seriously)setting them up in one of my sumps. I just hate to have the "dirt" in there.
