Hey Goodwin9, everythng is looking great!

BTW, those mushrooms you got I believe are Discosoma sanctithome, "St. Thomas polyps", different than your run of the mill Florida Ricordea. The green shrooms appear to be some type of Discosoma too.

now you have me wondering also, but I have seen pics. like what chuck has labled as recordia also but after looking at other sites they look like the Discosoma but with more thicker bulbs.

I am gonna see what I can find :D

Can you direct me to any good pictures of these?

Chuck, how big is that Sohal? He looks tiny compared to most that I have seen.
My Sohal is probably close to 4".

gallon? holy cow man. that would seize a pump right up eh?

Purple up can only help if there is already coraline in the tank FWIU.

I am sure that there was some on the live rock I purchased..It only took two days before you could see anything in the tank......

 You crack me up Chuck. It's funny how we judge our systems' health in the early stages by coraline growth, and then later it just becomes a total PITA. I remember when I first set up my tank, I had a visitor that was remarking how nice my tank was because there was good coraline growth, and I just thought to myself, what a strange dude.

That is so true! Coraline drives me as crazy as cyano and bubble algae now! Anything on the glass, including corals is a pest!!! :D

Seems I have it every where except on the fish.....

Bubble algae...nasty buggers. I have a few thousand in my fuge. And I will give them away to any reef keeper that has a bunch of rabbits and tangs to feed!
