My new 90 gallon trimless SPS tank

Dude , I am so Jealous . That is one of the sweetest tanks I've seen .;) The Corals look excellent too .:p

I've been using the megachrome 13 K and like them , those
14.5 k look good without actinics .

Sure, I am heading your way on May 14th. Well, we are going to San Antonio for the next meeting. Maybe we can meet half way or something. Keep me posted.

Hmmmm...I dont think I wanna drive an hour to drop off a frag!! :) Dont worry I have given alot of people portions of this color of Cap from my tanks. I am sure that you will run into someone with it.

I am starting the planning phase for my upcoming tank. It will be approximately 270 gallons (72x36x24). It will be an inwall system in the brewery/tankroom in the new house that I am going to be building. So those of you that like this tank, it will be for sale in about a year!! Jason

I hope that someone can help me ID this colony pictured below. It is 7" in diameter. It is light blue with bright yellow, very small polyps. Also is a picture of my tank with this coral in it. Thanks!

I've been searching the SPS forums for this thread for at least two days. I'm gearing up to buy a tank from Glass Cages, as they'll be in Dallas for an aquarium show in early July. I was pretty sure they made yours but I wanted to verify.

Are you still happy with the construction of your tank? Did you have to alter the overflow at all? Any thoughts on how you might do it different? Are you satisfied with the quality? How are your silicone seals?

I think I'm going to go 48" x 30" x 17" with Starfire on the front and sides. The panels will be 3/8" and the bottom will be 1/2". The big catch is that it will be totally trimless. The quote I got for the tank is quite a bit higher than you paid, which puzzles me a bit - $560 for the tank and a $60 fee to truck it down to the show. It's a bit higher than I had wanted to spend on the tank itself but I've done some comparison shopping and their prices are pretty hard to beat.

Also, got any updated pics?

Nice man. Your shark tooth display on the first page is cool as well. I collected them from freshwater springs back home in florida, but not of that size though.

Beautiful tank! Also, I am just curious about the quality of the tank. Silicone seals are good? I have heard negative stories about glasscages, but I dont know who to believe. Thanks for sharing!
