Prazipro can be used with most any other med, haven't found a med that it can't be used with
As far as PraziPro, I started the treatment on Tuesday (4 days ago of a 5-7 day treatment) and it has been very effective but I want to make sure the flukes are truly gone by doing possibly another treatment or 2. Anyone have any recommendations as to how many treatments to fully eradicate any traces of the flukes and their eggs?
Also, between treatments, should I actually do a water change and run carbon for a full day to remove or just dose again for another 5-7 days?

Except, as we know it causes a bacterial bloom with CP. Not that it can't be used with it, but there is an unwanted side effect.

My flukes came back with a vengeance, even after a fallow tank and QT lol
I bought a big air pump, and put a big big air stone in the sump.
Also picked up a couple cleaner wrasse, and they are working over my emp pretty good
I'm a bit (aka REALLY) sick of flukes. I have another smaller air pump I'm going to put on as well. I'm going to dose 3 rounds of prazi every 3 days, which hopefully finishes this off once and for all

Prazipro just doesn't seem to be working, anyone try De-Los? From what it say it will even kill the eggs, see below. I've been fighting these Gills flukes for about 6 1/2 years and when it seem like they're all gone they comeback and then I get an explosion in the tank, where every fish gets them.
Fish Disease Diagnosis: For control of anchor worms, lice, gill flukes and assorted external parasites on freshwater, Koi and marine tropical fish. Toxic to sharks and snails. Do not use on prehistoric fishes such as arowanas, silver dollars, lionfish. Not for use in tanks which contain invertebrates.
Fish Disease Treatment: 1/2 teaspoon per 10 gallons. Treat once a week for 4 weeks. 1/2 pound (treats 908 gal.) If you are using this product in outdoor Koi ponds, no water changes are necessary. This product will kill fluke eggs, Praziquantel will not.

From what I could find the active ingredient of this is Trichorfon (Dylox).
I would use that only as the last resort and never in a reef tank.

Right now the FDA has banned it, so if you can still get it, it's old and probably past the expiration date, which actually makes it even stronger. So that's a no go at the moment.
I spoke to someone and they recommended using the following 3 products together in combination as listed below:
Praziquantel (Powder)
Metronidazole
Methylene Blue
Also, a product called Difbuenzuron/Dimilin which is completely non-toxic and you can be used with fish, corals, and inverts. It's a benziylphenylurea compounds which are not pesticides but are regarded as IDI (Insect Development Inhibitors).
So this is my current plan, we'll see if it works.

My lyretail anthias had the same symptoms everyone else had. I have 3 in QT. two small females and one medium size juvi male. The middle female was having her fins melt off quickly the last two days. It started with no eating. The juvi male then showed some fin melting today. They had been in QT for 10 days, eating, symptom free.
I read through this whole thread and went straight home to do a FW dip on the most sickly one. About 5-10 flukes dropped off and were cloudy in color. They were coming out of the base of the fins and the "armpit" of the pectoral fins. We will see if that fish survives. Its breathing pretty heavy back in QT.
I then dosed 1/2 dose prazi and within about 10 minutes a few more flukes started coming off the juvi male.
I plan to dose another 1/2 dose tomorrow and repeat this process every 5 days for 3 cycles. I will then observe in QT for another 30 days and see if the fins improve. I will then dose prazi again and observe for more flukes coming off. I absolutely DO NOT want to introduce flukes in my DT. It makes me fearful enough that I wonder if its even worth introducing the anthias if they are symptom free? Maybe after 30 symptom free days I will setup another QT tank and transfer them over for another week and round of prazi...

After the FW dip, the anthia was pretty stressed out. She was hiding in a tube breathing pretty rapidly. She eventually was laying on her side in the tube. 12hrs later, this morning, she was upright in the tube still breathing rapidly. Now she's back on her side... The other two anthias seem to be doing fine. They are both eating. I dosed the second 1/2 of prazi this morning.
Came home today and she was dead. both of her pectoral fins were gone and her scales/skin had sloughed off in a spot...
